Obtaining an EU permanent residence permit has never been so easy.
How can you obtain it?
In September 2013, the Spanish Government passed a law allowing investors to obtain long-term residency, by acquiring a property in Spain with a value of at least €500,000.
The Spanish Golden Visa enables non-EU individuals to become resident in Spain and to move freely within the EU Schengen Zone for 90 out of every 180 days. There are no minimum stay requirements and individuals do not need to become tax residents in Spain.

Golden Visa application
After purchasing a property, you can apply for a Residence Permit, guided by our Legal Department.
Golden VISA can be obtained within 20 days after the purchase.
Your Residence Permit will first be issued as a visa that can be renewed by maintaining the investment or sustaining the amount of the investment with another property.

Permanent Residence and Citizenship
By living in Spain and sustaining your investment, you will be eligible to apply for Permanent Residency and obtain the Spanish Nationality. The investment does not have to be kept once the permanent residence is granted.
Depending on your nationality, the pathways to receiving your passport may be significantly reduced.
